Terrible and silly. Martial arts movie at its worst. Without familiar name like Keanu Reeves and Karen Mok, this movie definitely will directly transfered to home video. Some action sequence maybe entertaining enough but it become boring when it is too much.
The bad performance from Tiger Chen can not be blamed because the director itself (Keanu Reeves) act straight. Overall, if you like kind of B martial arts movie with no brain, you probably enjoy this one.
