Review of Man of Tai Chi (2013) by Joe A — 15 Dec 2013
I would say Reeves directorial debut is a success as this film is a pretty good homage to old school Hong Kong style film, Reeves acting however is the worst I've ever seen. Depending on which fight sequence you looked at, there were some really good one and there were some so-so one, but the camera work and editing brings out the best out of all of them.
Reeves can not fight, no matter how much he tries to or how much you try to cut around him.
