It is an entertaining movie, but it did not fulfill its potential, it let pass the opportunity to become a social criticism/origin story as good as Batman Begins and instead it became a 2-hour Sears and IHop commercial full of fights and action.
Although not everything is as bad as it sounds, it is still an entertaining movie with a fine new Superman and good performances by Lois Lane (Amy Adams <3) and Martha Kent. PS: I would have chosen a linear timeline, rather than those forced flashbacks that altered the pace of the movie.
