I enjoyed the darker than expected Man of Steel. I am a Superman fan and Reeves will always be Superman in my mind but this was a pretty good adaptation. I'm also a huge Amy Adams fan but I didn't like her as Lane.
Costner supporting role was done well and the conflict in Man of Steel makes interesting viewing that was unexpected. I hope this lays the foundation for future viewings.
