Overall a good movie, that's well directed and with excellent performances from all of the major cast members. There are some plot issues relating to organization of events that could possibly be improved, but nothing that really hurts the film per se, just things that could have been done differently. It's a rare film where that isn't the case to some extent.

The critics' reviews seem absurdly low given the contrast with audience scores. The only thing I can think of is that possibly some of them either have a personal grudge with somebody involved, or are just piling on. It's hard to believe otherwise when this film, which flat out is not bad, could be getting a 10% rating, while Tyler Perry's "Boo, A Madea Halloween" is sitting at 22%.
