Cinema veritae (sp) at it's best here. Some really genuinely dark moments, set off by awkwardly funny moments, accompanied by extremely well-shot violent sequences. The recurring shots of him dumping the bodies into the quarry (not a spoiler, happens in the first like two minutes and every twenty or so throughout) are actually really well-placed.

They kind of sober the film and make it real. The short interview bits with Remy are possibly the funniest thing ever. He says the same girl's name! lol. A lot of drinking too, which was the only downside in my opinion, didn't enjoy it as much as the other stuff.
