Review of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018) by K S — 06 Aug 2018

Went with my wife and her friend to be a good sport, not realizing what I was getting myself into. For the first few minutes of the movie, I wanted to crawl out of my skin and be somewhere else, but toward the end I was able to draw some happiness from watching it. It helps when actors with actual talent appear on the screen, and you get used to the slightly odd cinematography. But if you haven't seen the first movie and aren't particularly interested in musicals, or rampant flashbacks, this may not be the movie for you. And as other reviewers have pointed out, the movie wasn't made for all of us. C'est la vie.

My wife owes me an action flick. :-).
