Well, if the reason you did NOT like the first one had anything to do with Meryl Streep, you might like the second one because much to my disappointment she was hardly in it at all. Lots more singing than in the first one, lots more production numbers - all of which were great - and overall I enjoyed it. It brought me to tears at the end for which I was unprepared! Drug a little bit at the beginning. Somewhat confusing and also didn't care for some of the songs which I'd never even heard before, even though they were apparently Abba songs.

Amanda Seyfried is again fun to watch and hear. Some hilarious parts with the two sidekicks, Christine Baranski and Julie Walters, highlights of the movie, really. Was disappointed in Cher. Think they could have done without her altogether. And Pierce Brosnan, as well - wasn't a fan in the first one or this one. They should have used someone else, in my opinion! Otherwise - Overall, I enjoyed it! Great cinematography and production numbers!
