I loved this movie! Saw it in the theater three times, then bought the dvd, & watched it countless more times. My daughters & I would sing along, even in the theater! It was meant to be fluffy! Critics are over analyzing a great musical, turned screenplay, that cheers the mother/daughter dynamic like no other! I repeat, I LOVED THIS MOVIE!
