Review of Mama's Boy (2007) by Lisa S — 29 Mar 2009
This comedy is bloody weird and funny, but stupid as what I thought it is a bit copy of Failure to Launch and Mr. Woodcock. Jon Heder's character is worst as a loser and asshole that I dislike him doing stupid thing to his mother's (played by Diane Keaton) new beau.
And Jeff Daniels played his role terribly. Diane Keaton was brilliant as the Kool-Aid Mom. She's the kind of mother that every kid wished they had. Anna Faris, it's funny, because I'm used to seeing her in comedies like the Scary Movie series, however, I loved her playing the straight character for once.
