Review of Mama (2013) by David L — 11 Aug 2013

Visuals, ambiance, and cinematography are great. It was fun to watch. The story is very shallow, they reveal Mama waaaaay too early (a little disbelief goes a long way), they spent too much time explaining the simple plot (could have pieced it together myself, thanks), and the characters were a bit cliché (all "rocker chicks" have a Ramones shirt, right?).

But still, a lot of fun to watch. And as blatantly obvious as the story was, I did not see the ending coming.
