I was in the for a good ghost story and I wasn't disappointed. I don't find this movie to be deeply disturbing. I wont lose sleep over it like the Grudge, but Mama told a compelling story with even very touching conclusion. RT summarizes it as confusing and having contrived plot devices, but I don't feel that way. I would rank it up there with Don't be Afraid of the Dark.
And back to the summary one more time. Yes, I am more into old school scares over gore, but that said I'm a big fan of the new Evil Dead too. Happy Halloween Fear Fans!
