If you think this film is awful, then you have a shoddy sense of humour. I am a huge fan of Kevin Smith's films. especially clerks! and chasing Amy was also good. His characters all have a part especially Jay and silentbob! these films weren't just made for the typical stoner skater kids out there.
The amount of quotes me and my mates come put with from these films are are endless and are recognizable, which proves Kevin did his job well in my eyes.
