A great coming of age story that shows humorous but also the dark side of lust and jealousy. Seen through the eyes of a 13 year old boy we follow a reclusive and beautiful war widow as she tries to live her life amidt a small town full of men who want her and women who want her gone.
The situatuation goes from bad to worse as the gossip grows and Malena succumbs to the lies. The boy is the only one that knows the truth about Malena.
