Review of Maléfique (2003) by Dan B — 22 Jun 2008
Terrific little Lovecraftian black magic prison break story. Despite (nearly) all the action taking place in one jail cell, it never feels stagey, which is a testament to the direction, the script and the superb performances.
Highly recommended for horror fans and certainly worth a watch even for those who are not devotees of the genre.
