This isn't the story from another point of view, it's a complete retcon of the original stories and not just Disney's. They turned the King into a maniac, made the fairies bumbling idiots, turned one of the best villains in Disney into a fawning mom/run-of-the-mill protagonist, and why the hell was the Prince even here? Seriously, he did absolutely nothing.
The "stunning" images of Jolie staring at the camera got old after the 18th time too. Disappointed.
