Review of Maleficent (2014) by Christopher C — 15 Apr 2015
Jolie is excellent in the role. The overall story is good and it does show the transition of Maleficent to innocent to vengeful to caring mother. Even though it is a short movie, it feels like it drags a lot.
It's just an average movie and not a magical retelling of an ancient story.
