An average Indian comedy featuring Paresh Rawal as the only literate village person, selling lottery tickets and hitting the jackpot prize. He wants to keep the money to himself but his townfolk discover his secret, thus leading to many plot twists and turns.
Ritesh Deshmukh gives the film's excellent performance as the love-struck Romeo.
