Review of Make Mine Music (1946) by Ryan V — 22 May 2014
Probably the worst of the bunch in Disney's canon. Individually the shorts are all well-made especially in regards to the animation, but throwing them all together randomly doesn't quite work. Many have a hard time considering this a real movie and I can't blame them.
I also find the music to be for the most part unmemorable, which is a rarity in a Disney feature. Having said that you can get some enjoyment out of it. My favorite shorts are Casey at the Bat and Peter and the Wolf.
