One of the worst sequels ever made. This is what happens when you take an appropriately dirty movie that was a hit, and then change nearly everything about it that once made it funny.
The movie replays so many of the old jokes, like constant "wink-wink" nods to the audience in remembrance of the much better original. Also recasting original characters with new actors (rather than just making a new character) usually never works, and this film is no exception (Omar Epps essentially doing a Wesley Snipes impression). I feel the most sorry for Tom Berenger for having to be in this film.
*A fun thing to do while watching this movie is to first drink a lot of hard alcohol to ease the pain, and then add the F-word into every sentence spoken by a character. Makes it feel at least like it was TRYING to be as funny as the original.
