The first time I tried to watch this movie, I gave up fifteen minutes in, but I decided to give it another chance. It was a standard Cinderella tale with little extra to recommend it, but I enjoyed watching it.
The exchanges between her son, Ty, and politician Marshall were the best parts of the movie.
