Good writing but overall disappointing first sequel to the legendary first movie...Callahan fighting vigilante cops is basically a giant apology for the somewhat vigilante-like bent Callahan's behaviour in the first movie.
Not so great...worth watching on TV, but dont buy it expecting much of anything.
