'A mans got to know his limitations'. However It would seem that this franchise has no limitations at all. Magnum Force is almost the equal of Dirty Harry. It's a fantastic sequel but could have been a stand alone 'first' movie also.
For me this franchise often feels like a cross between the Action Cop Genre and the Serial Killer Slasher Genre which in my mind is a perfect combination. The motor bike cops uniforms are quite iconic and very menacing providing some chills as well as the usual violance and one liners.
A great film for anybody who feels Hollywoods most recent output is lacking in credability. Keep it old school and keep it Dirty.
