When Inspector Callahan threw his badge in the river I thought he quit the job.But seems like he got a transfer to stakeout.That said,I foun this movie an improvement on Dirty Harry.Some rookie traffic officers are taking law into their own hands.
Before Harry can put an end to their vigilante actions,he must choose either to be on their side or to be their next target.
