Review of Magnum Force (1973) by Tom M — 24 Apr 2010
Just as ridiculously over-the-top as Dirty Harry, and about as entertaining as an action fantasy. The tables are turned as Harry is forced to confront a group of renegade cops who take his 'law shmaw' attitude to its logical conclusion.
The humanized Harry is somewhat less interesting than Terminator Harry in the first flick, but plenty of well-executed action redeems this one.
