So, Dirty Harry is this tough, one-liner providing guy who "knows his limitations." And then the poor lonesome cowboy walks to the sunset. In other words, the Dirty Harry sequel is okay although doesn't have a tension to speak of at any point. Boring chases, though.
"People are guilty until proven... I mean... God damn it, you know what I mean!".
