My fav of the Dirty Harry series. The opening title sequence teeters on comedic. The shot of the hand-gun turning slowly to the camera. Haha.
The scene I love the best is when Eastwoood goes into the shooting course thingy against the crooked cop and looses on purpose by shooting the cop target between the eyes! YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!
