Just as good as the original Dirty Harry. The premise is decent, a bunch of cops killing criminals who won't get prosecuted otherwise, but obviously a little much. Wanted to shoot Holbrook myself, crapping on every idea Eastwood had, but he gets his.
A couple of nice violent moments in this, especially when he hits the cop on the bike with his car.... NICE!
