I love Clint. As Harry, he continues to be unstoppable even when the whole city of San Francisco (including his boss) is against him. Another partner for Harry could mean another expendible character. I love Harry's sarcasm even when he is being judge, jury and executioner.
I like cops like this only in ficticious stories not in real life. Clean up this city that I live near, Mr. Callahan.
