Review of Magnum Force (1973) by Andy L — 06 May 2009

This is a good squeal movie. I don't know if it would stand on its own. Dirty Harry Is back at his finest. The story is very well done and thought out, although the audience can figure out who done it early on and sees the "unavailing" of the killer very early on.

The direction is fine as far as I can see, it is hard to say because I think it is hard to judge a director's work whne we leave the era of movies that the work is from. Clint Eastwood does what we expect Eastwood to do, and the other acting is done well.

I would say overall everyone who likes movies should see this movie, just know that it kind of drags on especially at the end.
