Not quite as good as the first no doubt but a good script full of quotable lines and a good cast and plenty of violence.
This time out they make Harry a little more likable and actually a defender of the legal system instead of a rogue loner hit man cop who's methods are the last line of defense for impotent bureaucracy.
This time out Harry is faced with a gang of killers within the force bent on applying his very methods to enforcing the law and providing swift justice to the bad guys. Harry is the one cop who can put a stop to their rain of vigilante justice before they spiral out of control and start killing the wrong people.
Bottom line we just like Clint! He's always the lone peace of sanity in a world going crazy and he puts things aright with cold and workmanlike precision!
