Review of Magnum Force (1973) by James R — 08 Jun 2010
The second Dirty Harry film may not be as sharply-crafted or deep as its predecessor, but it's still a very entertaining kick-ass 70s action movie. The plot is unevenly paced, and the central mystery isn't too hard to figure out, but several solid action scenes and Clint Eastwood in one of his most iconic roles pull it through.
Great (though very dated) score by Lalo Schifrin.
