THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING.

All the same, I'm pretty sure I scared my brother in the other room when I started watching this. Apparently, I squealed loudly, and when he came in and asked "What?!" all I could say was "I just saw Channing Tatum's butt!".

Goes to show you that eye candy can help a film.

Overall though, a thoroughly interesting story about male strippers - and it's not all just dancing and being all male-stripper-y. No, it's a life that sucks you into the dark side of fame. Sex, drugs and too much booze. So while the actual stripping was quite the sight - and Tatum's dancing was divine - the storyline had a great place in the film.
