Review of Magic in the Moonlight (2014) by Scott H — 17 Aug 2014

Starts off awkward with the dialogue being very unnatural and Colin Firth overacting...from there it develops its cat-and-mouse game nicely, but near the end compacts its commentary into a five-minute-long scene which feels rushed compared to the pace of the rest of the the film.

Then, the ending is a copout. Not hard to watch, but nothing very entertaining either.
