Review of Magic in the Moonlight (2014) by Richard B — 09 Jan 2015

Woody Allen's films are always solid and a few are really special; this is one of his weaker efforts in my opinion as the plot is fairly predictable and isn't that special. The cast is okay, but I'm come to expect a better/more ensemble cast from Woody Allen.

That being said both Colin Firth and Emma Stone were both good in this, but again nothing too outstanding. Overall a decent little film that was entertaining, but I've come to expect better from Woody Allen.
