Review of Maggie (2015) by Nick C — 18 Nov 2015
Was intrigued to see how Schwarzenegger would fare in a film that required him to act seriously, by seriously I mean not fire a rocket launcher or do a bicep curl for 90 minutes, and to be honest he was good - the guy can act when required.
The problem was the film wrapped around him really, seemed like 90 minutes of setting the tone and then quite an abrupt ending - it was a slow burner, so if you have an awful attention span like I do then maybe take some tranquilisers before watching it.
Worth a go but don't expect fireworks, pretty harrowing stuff, but still nowhere near as harrowing as Tusk.
