Review of Maggie (2015) by Sara B — 20 Jul 2015
Tries to do something new in the zombie genre, but it only ends up using zombies as too much of a metaphor for cancer (or any terminal disease) - how long do you wait to kill your loved one, or they do it themselves? Arnie is underused (but did get a tear out!) and Breslin doesn't do anything to make you feel too sorry for her.
Zombie scenes are few & far between and the film is far too slow paced. Admirable effort, but poor execution.
