Review of Madea's Family Reunion (2006) by Cory T — 12 Aug 2007
This was a good movie. Light-hearted and, at times, intensely serious. The difference in the film making between this and Diary of a Mad Black Woman, is that that film had no idea if it wanted to be a slapstick camp-fest or a touchy romance.
This film finds just the right balance to explain the characters and the acting is superb from a cast of unfamiliar faces.
