Review of Made in Dagenham (2010) by Michael M — 02 Apr 2011
I loved this film from start to finish, it is an absolute gem of a movie.
The film is about the struggle for equal pay for women, specifically the female ford motor company workers in dagenham.
I have to say I was almost in tears at several stages throughout this fi, such is the dramatically edge that the actors and film makers have produced.
I loved it. Have I mentioned that because this film is so worthy of a full five stars it is without question going to be one of my films of the year.
Sally Hawkins and Geraldine James are wonderful as the two leading ladies. Sally Hawkins reminded me of my own mother actually, which made me love her even more.
Favourite scene - too many to mention.
