Brutal. What a powerful performance by Tim Roth. And this was his first ever movie, fuckin' a!

All in all, this is a movie without an epiphany of any sort. This is Tim Roth's character being an absolute classless, uncontrolled, angered, confused, yet self-determined display of power. It is absolutely impossible to co-relate with this character or even try to get inside of his head, because he shows absolutely no signs of consideration and refuses to face the consequences for his actions. The viewer has no introduction nor thorough background of the character, so it seems like Trevor is a loner that does not require anyone's assistance. It's hard to imagine him listening to anyone carefully or being friends with someone. This is definitely an extremity and really as much as he is a flat character, Tim Roth makes this character unforgettable by all means.
