A good fun time at the movies. The story is all over the place and it falls flat compared to the first one. They tried to grab onto the rousing "Move It" number from the first one and didn't altogether succeed.
That said, I was glad I was the only one in the theater, because I could hardly sit still, lots of little numbers kept me moving. I liked it; the penguins steal the show again!
