Like the first film, I found this to be pretty much aimed at the younger generation, unlike (say) a "Toy Story", that works on multiple levels for both kids and adults.
With a plot very remniscient of The Lion King, it also suffers from the 'been there, seen that' syndrome: don't think I'll be rushing back to (re)watch this, or out to see the sequel (threequel?).
