A sequel that over-revs its engine by having too many story threads. Did anyone REALLY want to see the further adventures of the little old lady that kicked Alex the lion in the beanbag? She steals valuable time from the Penguins, King Julian, the Primates, and oh yeah, THE MAIN CHARACTERS! At least it's not a rehash plot, and there are some funny moments from the secondary characters, but hardly essential viewing.
