Review of Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted (2012) by George D — 27 Mar 2013
I am a gasp, the first was fine, the second a bit pointless and with this I expected little but this was at times stunning. The odd comic touch falters and the start gets a bit patchy at times but it's soon sorted with the film's unbridled commitment to silliness (for kids) and some meaningful pieces of writing as well for adults.
The animation is better than ever with fireworks of colour throughout. This is fresh, frantic and very funny family entertainment, with a darn fine villain to boot. The best Madagascar of all!
