A modern classic kids' film, Madagascar seems to hit all the right spots for children, but runs into problems for everyone else. There are many flaws in its logic that kids would not question but in fact love, so the series definitely relies on audiences to suspend disbelief to a large degree.

But other than that, the voice work is spot on, the animation dazzling, warm and colourful, and the cute and fun factor is ramped up to 11.
