Review of Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) by Random V — 12 Nov 2017

This film has so many good qualities, it's hard to know where to start. Charlize Theron's furious warrior-woman; the near-mythic avatar of justice, Max Rockastansky; the breeding harem; the insane aging warlord; the custom designed vehicles; the utter desperate bizarreness in a post-apocalyptic culture; etc.

; all these things make this a very tight feature. But I could wax poetic on every scene about the timing and editing. This movie is put together so well I could set my heartbeat by it.
