Review of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) by Rebecca E — 31 Oct 2009
I think the series jumped the shark a bit with this one. Underground pig farms, Tina Turner, Thunderdome itself, and a tribe of children living in a forest out of nowhere in the middle of the desert who think Max is the second coming? The kids were the last straw for me.
After that, there was no way I could take this movie seriously. Although, in the end there was some good action that at least made this not a complete waste of time.
