Third movies tend to do this. This movie actually had be entertained for the first 40 minutes, then it becomes an entirely different movie. It's cheesy, weird, and filled with barely any action until the end.
By the times the action hits, it's hard to care, but it still entertained me, for the most part. It's perfectly watchable, but it is the weakest of the series. 6.5/10.
