Review of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) by Louis J — 12 Jun 2013
I was wrong to give this entry four stars, because upon another viewing it's even better than before. While it's my least favorite of the trilogy, the third entry of this series is very underrated by moviegoers (50% approval? Are you shitting me?) for some strange reason.
This film features ass-kicking action scenes, Tina Turner as an awesome villainess, a tribe of abandoned children, cage matches, and an awesome post-apocalyptic landscape. This film is a wonderful and superb action film, but it appears to be one of the most underrated action films ever made for reasons I'll never understand.
