Review of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) by Charlie J — 20 Feb 2010
The first non-family movie I ever saw in theatres....and I fell in love with it.
It's dark, desolate and painful to think this world is close to becoming true in the near future.A lot of sympathetic characters and a lot of people you want to die when you meet them.
This movie proved Tina Turner could sing and act.....and that she has an amazing set of legs when not encased in denim.
One of my favorite Mel Gibson movies outside of the LW franchise.
It's not perfect, but neither is the world we live in or will pass on to our children, which I think is the point.
